We’ve been inspecting airbnb properties since 2013, and find that there is so much more to an airbnb property than putting it on their portal and crossing your fingers. So we’ve devised a plan that will get your property booked consistently and fast.
The Real Copy Right package:
- A personalised advertising copy that brings out the best in your property, the amazing features of your location, and the ultimate understanding of accessibility and events.
- A ‘pick me up’ consultation so that your property gives your guests the best experience. We will advise you on how to best present your property, give you some helpful hints on what guests find memorable, and what makes guests leave a 5-star review. It’s all well and good getting guests to your door, but we want them to come back, tell their friends, and give great reviews, so we can help you make your property stand out.
- Create your Instagram compendium. Remember when you went to a hotel and it had a big book with plastic sleeves of takeaway menus, brochures of tourist attractions, and even a directory of local help? We can get you started and create an Instagram compendium that you can tell your booked guests about, help you get prospective guests to book, and give your guests an all-encompassing experience ensuring they have a one-stop space for your local information; like snow and lake reports, places to eat, things to do, local events, discounts on day spas or tourist attractions. We can set it up any way you want. Once set up, we can give you tips on how to drive your Instagram page or we can do it for you.
After we inspect your property (live or via video chat), we will have your listing ready to go live within 48 hours on both airbnb and Instagram.
Our package is $1,100 (including GST).

- For a monthly service fee, we can keep your Instagram page active with 14 posts a month for $242 per month (including GST). We plan a schedule that covers all the best features, events, places to eat, etc., and create professional posts, using hashtags and target marketing to bring out the best in your property. This is also amazing for creating great rapport with your local community and businesses.
- Targeted marketing: for $66 per hour (including GST) we can target/follow people who would be the best guests for your property. It’s planted the seed, and planting the seed takes time, but it works.
