ABOUT

SUE LANGEDER

Sue has been passionate about writing for real estate since 1994 and constantly sees the need for training real estate agents in the art and understanding of marketing. One look at realestate.com.au will see the diversity in skill level with various agents, the lack of brand consistency within agents, and the frustrations bother buyers and renters have to overcome to decide which property to inspect, knowing they aren’t getting the whole picture.

Sue has designed her marketing training to support agents in their quest to be more ethical, transparent and understand their properties with confidence. After writing over tens of thousands of properties, producing and hosting 170 episodes of the podcast Real Estate Right – to help buyers, renters, vendors and investors who don’t do real estate everyday, and various corporate content over her 32 years in the industry, Sue has recognised that the core to it all, is to get the message right from the start. And that start is at the marketing.

Sue has also trained a student cohort in Certificate IV in Professional Writing and was commissioned to write a Unit of Competency in Write Creative Non-Fiction for an RTO.
