Congratulations to Woodards for winning the ‘Best Residential Marketing Award (over $10,000)’ at the REIV Awards for Excellence 2022, for the property ‘Rotherwood’ 1-9/570 Riversdale Road, Camberwell.
Woodards asked us to help them with their award submission for this property. We had been there at the start of the marketing, talking to the amazing owners, the Humphries family, the children of the original developer, who built the property in 1939, who between them and their father had owned the property as an investment for all those years. We wrote up a detailed editorial piece based on the history of the family in the area, and we were lucky to have a call from the oldest brother, Barry Humphries, all the way from London, who recalled going to the brickworks with his father to choose the bricks, talking to the terrazzo craftsman when they were laying the terrazzo porches and the bathroom floors, and the wonderful memories Barry’s sister and brother had of spending time at the property.
It was an absolute privilege to be part of this historic property marketing campaign.
